Mixed Glycerides of Fatty Acids Type 34 (W35), also known as Hard Fat W35, is synthesized by esterification of vegetable saturated fatty acids and glycerol, consisting of mono-, di- and triglycerides. Compared with low-hydroxyl H-type matrix, W35 features higher monoglyceride & diglyceride content, higher hydroxyl value, stronger polarity, better elasticity and slower solidification. Widely adopted as suppository base, solubilizer, solid dispersion carrier and hot melt auxiliary material in pharmaceuticals, health food and cosmetic formulations worldwide.
